Mission

The solutions to our many challenges in this new era require each of us to reach for authenticity, ingenuity and critical thinking. The key to innovation is unlocking both our creativity and curiosity. As such, I strive to be actively involved in education and outreach to engage coastal communities in the fascinating life around them as well as provide awareness in the midst of a changing marine environment.

My Work

As a scientist, I work in the areas of restoration ecology, wildlife rehabilitation, environmental policy and marine conservation.
As an artist, I enjoy cultivating a creative and open learning environment with my community.
